-Experience working as a PMO
-Manage international projects in the aeronautical environment
-Habilities working in a multicultural team, problems resolving and coordinating in different areas
-Knowledge of Agile Methodology
-Good communication skills internally and externally
-Experience working with aircraft OEMs will be a plus
