The talent will ensure that business requirements and process maturity criteria are met in accordance with the company's process management rules.

We are looking for a great person able to:
- Acting as an operational support to Process users (BOS) to unblock daily incident by answering user's requests
- Being a force of proposal in process definition
- Being part of a continuous improvement process
- Creating documents in English (procedures, flowcharts, instruction manuals etc.)
